Omlette Pao
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 8 small buns
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 2 Green chillies
- Few sprigs coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Butter or ghee
- Chop the onion, tomato, chilli and coriander leaves, put into a bowl and add salt, turmeric powder amd mix well.
- Break the eggs into the bowl and beat well.
- Heat a frying pan add butter or ghee and make three or four omlettes.
- When done cut into pieces.
- Cut the buns horizontally and apply butter (optional).
- Place few pieces of the omlette on one half of the bun and cover with the other half.
- Likewise use all the omlette and buns and decorate with a cherry tomato each, held in place with a toothpick or decorate as deisred. Serve with ketchup.
