Ajwain Paez
Aids digestion, relieves intestinal colic and protects from cold.
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled rice
- ½ cup ajwain
- 1 cup coconut juice
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- ¾ cup jaggery
Method
- Wash and soak ajwain for 4 to 6 hours and grind to a paste.
- Cook rice in 4 cups water till soft.
- Add ajwain paste and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the jaggery and stir till dissolved.
- Then add the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
