Beef Bones Soup
Ingredients
- 1 kg. beef bones
- 2 onions, minced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2” pc. ginger, crushed
- 12 pepper corns
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp. ghee
Method
- Clean and wash beef bones and set aside to drain.
- Heat ghee and fry onions till brown, add the beef bones and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients along with 8 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently for 2 to 3 hours.
