Beef Bones Soup

Beef Bones Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 kg. beef bones
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2” pc. ginger, crushed
  • 12 pepper corns
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. ghee

 Method

  1. Clean and wash beef bones and set aside to drain.
  2. Heat ghee and fry onions till brown, add the beef bones and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients along with 8 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 2 to 3 hours.
