Boondi Raita
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Yoghurt
- ½ cup candid Bundi
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 2 tsp. Sugar or to taste
- Beat the yoghurt and mix with chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and sugar.
- Mix in the boondi just before serving.
- Sprinkle with a large pinch of cumin powder and serve with Mughlai Veg Biryani or any Biryani.
