Boondi Raita

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Yoghurt
  • ½ cup candid Bundi
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 2 tsp. Sugar or to taste
  1. Beat the yoghurt and mix with chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Mix in the boondi just before serving.
  3. Sprinkle with a large pinch of cumin powder and serve with Mughlai Veg Biryani or any Biryani.
