Chilli Beef
Ingredients
- ½ kg. beef cut into ribbon slices
- 2 tbsp. oil
Marination
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp. chilli sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Gravy
- 2 cups water
- 2 soup cubes
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp. cornflour
- Marinate meat for 15 minutes.
- Put 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and fry the meat till the liquid evaporates and meat is done.
- Prepare gravy. Mix all the gravy ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium low flame till it turns translucent and thickens.
- Add meat, bring to a boil and take off the fire. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
