Egg Omlette with Cherry Tomatoes

  • 4 eggs (2 eggs per omeltte)
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, 4 of each color red, yellow, orange, sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh basil leaves
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tsp. Butter
  1. Heat a pan, put a tsp of butter  and add two eggs well beatean.
  2. As the eggs begin to set sprinkle salt and pepper powder, chopped chillies, sliced cherry tomatoes, basil leaves.
  3. When the omlette sets, flip and cook on the other side for a minute. Serve hot.
