Egg Omlette with Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs (2 eggs per omeltte)
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, 4 of each color red, yellow, orange, sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh basil leaves
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tsp. Butter
- Heat a pan, put a tsp of butter and add two eggs well beatean.
- As the eggs begin to set sprinkle salt and pepper powder, chopped chillies, sliced cherry tomatoes, basil leaves.
- When the omlette sets, flip and cook on the other side for a minute. Serve hot.
