
Kebab Jeera
Ingredients
- Cumin flavored Kababs
- 500 gms. Mince
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tsp. red chilli powder
- 1 ½ tsp. cumin powder
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
Method
- Chop onion and coriander leaves fine.
- Roast and powder cumin.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Shape into sausages and shallow fry on medium low flame till brown on all sides.
- Serve with an onion salad or a green salad as an appetizer or starter.
