  • Cumin flavored Kababs
  • 500 gms. Mince
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tsp. red chilli powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. cumin powder
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying


  1. Chop onion and coriander leaves fine. 
  2. Roast and powder cumin. 
  3. Mix all ingredients well. 
  4. Shape into sausages and shallow fry on medium low flame till brown on all sides.
  5. Serve with an onion salad or a green salad as an appetizer or starter.
