Onion & Tomato Raita

  • 1 1/2 cup yogurt, beaten well
  • 2 Green chillies, chopped
  • A small pinch red chilli powder
  • A pinch pepper powder or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped or sliced
  • 4 to 5 stalks chopped coriander leaves
  1. Mix spices with the yogurt, add salt and mix well.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, onions and garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. Serve as part of a main meal.
