Onion & Tomato Raita
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt, beaten well
- 2 Green chillies, chopped
- A small pinch red chilli powder
- A pinch pepper powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped or sliced
- 4 to 5 stalks chopped coriander leaves
- Mix spices with the yogurt, add salt and mix well.
- Add chopped tomatoes, onions and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve as part of a main meal.
