Pineapple Raita

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 to 3 slices pineapple
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  1. Chop the pineapple into small pieces. Add 1/2 tsp of the cumin powder, salt and sugar to the yogurt and beat well.
  2. Mix in the pineapple.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tsp cumin powder over the raita.
  4. Serve cold.
  5. Delicious & nutritious with Biryani or any spicy and heavy food.
