Pineapple Raita
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 to 3 slices pineapple
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Chop the pineapple into small pieces. Add 1/2 tsp of the cumin powder, salt and sugar to the yogurt and beat well.
- Mix in the pineapple.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tsp cumin powder over the raita.
- Serve cold.
- Delicious & nutritious with Biryani or any spicy and heavy food.
