
Salted Tukdi Namakpara
Nimki, Namkeen, savoury crisps, savoury bites
1 Cup flour
¾ tsp. salt
1 tsp. nigella seeds (Onion seeds)
1 ½ tsp. cumin
3 tsp. 1 ½ tbsp. oil
Mix the dry ingredients. Rub the oil into the flour mixture well. Gradually add water and make a soft dough. Set aside for 15 minutes. Divide the dough and roll in circular discs. Cut into diamond or square shapes and deep fry in hot oil till light brown and crisp.
