More like a bath cake…
Ingredients
- ¼ Kg. Rawa
- ¼ Kg. Coconut
- ½ Kg. Sugar
- 6 eggs
- 300 gms butter
- 50 gms almonds ground fine
- vanilla essence, 2 capsful
- rose essence 1 capful
Method:
- Mix the yolks of the eggs alongwith sugar, butter and rawa.
- Add the whites beaten to a stiff froth.
- Keep mixture overnight.
- Lastly put the coconut and essence.
- Put mixture in greased thalies and bake till done.
