Ingredients

  • ¼ Kg. Rawa
  • ¼ Kg. Coconut
  • ½ Kg. Sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 gms butter
  • 50 gms almonds ground fine
  • vanilla essence, 2 capsful
  • rose essence 1 capful

Method:

  1. Mix the yolks of the eggs alongwith sugar, butter and rawa.
  2. Add the whites beaten to a stiff froth.
  3. Keep mixture overnight.
  4. Lastly put the coconut  and essence.
  5. Put mixture in greased thalies and bake till done.
