This is the typical Mumbai (street-food) vegetable sandwich. Makes a very delicious and satisfying snack or meal!

Vegetable Sandwich

  1. Butter the bread, spread chutney and place the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and pepper or chaat masala if you wish.
  2. Top with tomato slices, then boiled potato slices, dot with ketchup.
  3. Cut the sides of the sandwich, cut into triangles and serve.
