This is the typical Mumbai (street-food) vegetable sandwich. Makes a very delicious and satisfying snack or meal!
Vegetable Sandwich
Ingredients
- Chutney https://cooklikececilia.com/chutney-sandwiches/
- Boiled potatoes, sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Cucumber, sliced
- Ketchup
- Chaat masala/salt/pepper, as desired
- Butter
- Sliced Bread
- Butter the bread, spread chutney and place the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and pepper or chaat masala if you wish.
- Top with tomato slices, then boiled potato slices, dot with ketchup.
- Cut the sides of the sandwich, cut into triangles and serve.
