Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes


These pancakes were delicious.  I used frozen blueberries as fresh are not easily available. The frozen blueberries were luscious and the fresh would taste even better!  Any fruit may be substituted for blueberries.

WHOLE WHEAT BLUEBERRY PACAKES

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 half tsp soda bicarb
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. coconut oil or melted butter
1 3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

P.s.: Maple syrup may be substituted with honey or sugar, brown sugar if desired.
